I just bought a Big Easy Driver and started testing it with my NEMA17 bipolars.
I tested the simple STEP/DIR pin usage mode (Interface 1, for DRIVER), and it works fine. I am not sure if this mode attains the highest torque; and whether I should use FULL4WIRE mode? Any difference? and suggestions?
