Hello,
I have bought 3.3V regulator (https://www.sparkfun.com/products/526) from sparkfun. I am using a battery, it output is 3.7V; so output of voltage regulator becomes like 2.7V which is not good enough to run Arduino. In this case voltage dropout is 1V. I am just wondering if you know any solution? I am sure there are some voltage regulator with very low dropout.

You can run an Arduino directly from a 3.7V battery.

Search any parts distributor for regulators. Dropout as low as 40 mV is possible.
