The top 3 segments on the 4th digit of the LED lights up when I first turn on the meter and then goes out. I am using a 12V 200ma power supply. I checked for continuity between the pins of the LED and the 1.5K resistors. All good. Both C5 & C6 are mounted on the PC board withe the correct polarity. Any thoughts? Thanks
