Using a LiPo to power 4 Lilypad LEDs in a wearable. Have the Lilypad Simple Charger (DEV-11893) to handle battery connection and recharging. It appears that the battery will only recharge when the circuit is completed on the Charger, which means I have to have the LEDs on when charging. Is this the expected behavior for this charger? Thanks.
