I'm looking to put a simple gain on a near DC voltage signal - taking a few mV into the few volt range. When I connect the LMV358 per the spec (Vcc = 5V), the output turns into 2.5V no matter what is on the input? Putting any voltage on the input has no effect on the output. I see the voltage divider is probably coming from the R3 and R8. Does the device need to be modified or need external discrete to give m a simple voltage gain?
