Upgrading Memory chip in Sparkfun Thing

Hi all,

I'm trying to do OTA flashing to the ESP8266 and find the chip on the Thing (AT25SF041) is far too small. Any recommendations for swapping this out for something larger? :think:

ESP-12 has more space for this reason, thanks!

AT25SF161		16Mbit	104MHz	2.5-3.6V	SPI/Dual-Quad I/O
AT25SF321		32Mbit	104MHz	2.5-3.6V	SPI/Dual-Quad I/O
These look like viable replacements, there's even a 32Mbit version.
