Hello! I am working on a new LED matrix table project. I am having trouble figuring out how to power my WS2812b LED's via a 12v deep cycle car battery. The table will have 100 5v WS2812s and a Arduino UNO. There are 2 ways I thought I could power this.
1) 5V 60A 300W Switching Power Supply with a 12v to 110v power inverter.
or
2)12v to 5v Step-down Transformer 15A Volt Regulator

Not sure if either of these are viable options. I would like the most efficient one to get most use out of the 12v deep cycle battery. Any advice at all would be helpful.
