Can "BC118 BLE Mate 2" be command wireless?

Hello,
Can you please tell me if BC118 can be command by a PC using a USB BLE Adapter ?
I would like to make BC118 independent, without attaching it to any controller. The only dependency of BC118 would be the power-supply line and the ground line.
