Parallel connector case

Some of the products sold here as SFE use the cool parallel cases with space for a parallel connector and an pcb and a serial or the like. Like the PIC-Tiny-ICD2 for instance. The JDM serial programm also uses one for serial.
These are some cool little things, and I've got a few uses in mind, but I can't find any. Where can I pick some up, and what are they called? I'm looking specifically for one that can fit a parallel connector on each end, with space for a small PCB in between.
