Interested in purchasing a few LSM6DS3 breakout boards. Studied the datasheet carefully, and there is no information on ADC resolution for the accelerometers and gyros. This is odd. It does report temperature sensor resolution (12-bits), but for my project, this would be too low for the IMU readings. Can Sparkfun shed light on this?
Otherwise I may go with Adafruit's 9-DOF IMU (L3GD20H + LSM303). The ST datasheet clearly states 16-bits on the first page.
I'd rather go with the Sparkfun IMU because the Arduino library is significantly cleaner and easier to work with.
