Can someone tell me if I have access to all 46 I/O pins on the Teensy ++ 2.0 without using a breakout board?

Or do I need to also purchase a breakout board for it?

Thank you...

As you can see on the following link, some pins are in the middle of the board. So you will have access to it by soldering something to it. But that may not be easy to do on a breadboard, as they will be shorted to the pins on the outside. For one thing, pin E4 and E5 do not seem to fit to the .1 inch pin spacing. (It is intended for a 32768 Hz crystal, but could be used for GPIO)

This page contains the schematic of the Teensy ++ 2.0:

Only the PE3 pin is left unconnected, but that is the ID pin for the USB cable connection.

Yeah, I will be building up my circuit on a bread board...so, hmmm...you've answered the question that I don't have (easy) access to all the I/O pins....is there a breakout board that would help with I/O pin access while using a bread board?

I don't know. I'm sure Google would if there is. I just looked on the site of the creator: http://pjrc.com/store/teensypp.html

You can solder pins (or sockets) in the middle holes that point upwards. So you can then use jumper wires to go to other rows on the breadboard that would be adjacent to the Teensy.

OK, that's sounds like a good plan if I need that many pins.

Thank you...
