MP3 Trigger - intermittently trigger will only flash status#184955

I have a MP3 Trigger WIG-11029 wired and initialized to play a random MP3 when a push-button connected to one of the triggers is pushed.
This works beautifully most of the time, but sometimes the status light just flashes briefly, no sound is played. Next click a second later it works. (video at https://www.dropbox.com/s/j0iv44b1ksgb6 ... h.MP4?dl=0)

I have heard all of the MP3s on the card played on this device, so I don't think it's a question of one of the MP3s being corrupted.

Is anyone else having similar problems? Any ideas how to fix it? Thanks!

No idea, but it does sound like it's trying to play a file. One suggestion, if you haven't tried this already, is to do a quick format of the microSD card and then copy back only the files that you're using. Another experiment would be to change the trigger to the "Next" function and see if still does this.
