If you find no other solution:
Download the Eagle Files from the product page.
Upload the board file to OSHPark.com.
Order as many boards as you need. (multiples of three)

Note that I would not be recommending this were the product or a suitable substitute available from SparkFun.

I think you will find OSHPark to be very reasonably priced for this size of board.

I can't understand that no one (Spark Fun and beyond) makes these.
Closest thing I can find is the Parallax with jack installed which @
$5 or $6 I think is overpriced.......
