Bypass problem in MPU9150

I am using sparkfun's breakout board with AT32UC3C microcontroller. I am trying to read magnetometer. I have enabled bypass. When I read accelerometer, Auxiliary SDA and Primary SDA read the same.But when I read magnetometer, Auxiliary SDA reads correctly. Sensor pulls the value down to 0.6V. But primary SDA also reads the same values other than the fact that it is pulling values down only till 1.6V. SO I am able to understand magnetometer is responding but microcontroller cannot understand it. What is the problem?
