Why do the holes in the outer pairs of busses not line up with the main grid ?
Makes them (IMO) on the edge of useless.
Somebody please say it was an accident and will be corrected
I had such great hopes for them as an alternate to the Adafruits ...

Out of curiosity, why would that make it useless?

It's made to be analogous to a breadboard, on which the holes also do not line up.

??????????????????..........I have many varied breadboards and the holes line up on all of them

For appearance ..... If you run a resistor from bus to circuit, it's at an angle to everything else ....

First world problems?

I've got a stack of protoboards too, solderless and soldered types.
About 1/2 and 1/2 whether or not the holes line up.

I'm thinking of installing a simple audio amp to try to sell ....
Needs to look super ........

On the solderless I have the busses are slightly off (I think not purposely)
On the solderable (Adafruit) they line up perfect.
The Spark Fun are obviously off by 1/20 " purposely ....
What other solderable are available ?

Do you have one of these?: https://www.sparkfun.com/products/12002
All of the breadboards I have don't line up.

If you are trying to sell a product, you should probably have some custom boards made. They are called prototyping boards for a reason.
