Hi People,
I'm having a frustrating issue..
It looks like that my Redbot kit, did not come with all the required parts to assemble it.
I'm missing at least some long screws for the line detectors, or i'm missing hex spacers for the line sensors.
Depending on which instructions you want to follow
Besides that i'm also missing the dubbel sided tape for the battery holder.
Also asked Sparkfun technical support how to fix this, just wondering if this is normal for Sparkfun products in general, or that more people experienced the same problem.
Also, the included instructions, state that you have two use two long screws per motor, on the website Sparkfun only uses one...
Which instructions are the correct ones?
The only solution I see, to fixing my problem is.
A) Get the missing parts from my local distributor.
B) Buy the missing screws from the local hardware store.
C) Use only one teflon spacer, instead of two.. but I don't know if this will have any influence on the quality of detecting lines.
