Big Red Economy Button

Ok, so I have what I would assume is a dumb question, but..

I purchased the big red economy button and cannot figure out how to get it put together. I but the switch/light mechanism together and assume I would just slide that into the back of the button, but I don't see how it mounts. Do the angled white tabs fit into the 'L' slots on the switch mechanism? That's the only way that seems like it would work, but I can't get it to fit.

I figured it out. You just press in the switch mechanism and screw on--the white angled tabs are not what fit in the slots, it is the black tabs inside the stem.
