Monster Moto Shield reduces/limits the motor torque#178558

I've bought Monster Moto shield last August 30 2014 for our project (Motion Simulator). And now, I currently taking some tests for the motor and I've encountered some problem. The motor is running fine with strong torque when it is directly connected to my PSU 12V 30A but when I connect it to the Monster Moto, it reduces the torque of the motor. I already checked the connections and wirings, code, and also isolated the ground of motor. Please Help. Thank you.
