I have a new computer with no hardware com ports. I have installed the picaxe software from disk and the axe027 drivers. I am unable to program chips. All com ports are grayed out, and com1 is selected. If I connect serial usb converter com 3 is now selected and is not grayed out, but the chip still cannot be programmed.
