Hello,

I bought one IOIO OTG board a week ago,I'm testing with an Android 4.2.3, it only show "charger pluged" waits one second and then "charger unplugged" of course hello IOIO, and other apps app does not work, what is happening?

Hello.

Sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing with the IOIO.

Could you tell me what you are powering the IOIO with? Perhaps the IOIO is not getting enough power and is shutting down.

Also, please give the board a good visual inspection with a magnifying glass if possible and look for damaged/missing components or any solder bridges and cold joints. Use the pictures on the SFE website as references.

Hello TS-John, I tried to power by:
- 12V 2A power supply
- 5V power supply from SF (https://www.sparkfun.com/products/10804)

By visual check all seems to be ok

Also when I connect to the computer do the same, here is my dmesg output:

Hmmm. I am not entirely sure what the problem could be.

We can issue a RMA and get the IOIO back for testing if you like. Send an E-mail to techsupport@sparkfun.com and we will take care of it.
