I'm working on a simple sensor module that combines a temperature sensor, ambient light sensor and audio sensor that I'd like to eventually sell to people, but one of the sensor interfaces (the audio part) is a SparkFun design. I used the Eagle files from this breakout board (https://www.sparkfun.com/products/9964) to add audio sensing to my module.

My question is, are all of SparkFun's schematics/board files released under the CC non-commercial license? I notice that the product images are released under the CC BY-NC-SA 3.0 license, but I'm not sure about the board design.

Sparkfun designed boards are OSHW (Open Source Hardware). Which means you can use their board designs however you see fit. But I'm pretty sure Sparkfun would appreciate a credit.
