i can't seem to find it anywhere, or maybe i have the wrong terms..

If I understand you correctly, you want to buy the white insulation that is around the other two wires? The closest thing I can think of is heat shrink tubing but I sorta doubt that is what you want.

Typically one would buy the cable with the wires and insulation together, aka multi-conductor cable.

i just want to wrap in something else then shrink wrap.

The white on the wire you linked to is called the "jacket" and you buy the wire that way.
You do not wrap this around the wires. this was extruded over the wires when the cable was manufactured.

The best you might do is use heat shrink but your problem is getting the heat shrink over the connectotars.
Next best is a tape that fuses together. Try searching on fusing electrical tape.

What are you expecting the "jacket" to do ? Just keep the wires neatly bundled together ? Be a barrier to puncture or water intrusion ? Google 'flexible conduit' and you'll find products that fit the range of needs.

I have always heard it called Chinese finger. Nice thing about this stuff is if you put in in compression, the inside diameter opens up enough to pass mid sized connectors though. Bad thing is you do need to melt the ends and somehow tie it to the ends. I like to use self adhesive heat shrink tape.

I see it called braided sleeving wire loom.

First time I saw it was when my company had a av system installed. They finished it by turning the end into itself like a pants hem and then a cable tie around it.

I've seen this terminated with a short piece of heat shrink tubing. But the heat shrink will not pass over connectors like the braided jacket will.
