What sparkfun product could run the BCT-cpp?
It stands for the brain connectivity toolbox in c++ now I read in the wiki the c++ one can work with python.
That makes me think beagle board or something like that.
Now I know the arduino due has been used for matrix math like the eigan library I submited to the forum some.
So What have people done with bct-cpp what would they like to see?
I have seen ted talks and read the book connectome. I think it would be interesting to see a sparkfun board with the c-eligan first mapped biological neuro network onboard.
This would make a interesting contest.
