Hi all, I build a lot of small battery operated circuits and would like to log how much voltage and current they use. Is there something already built that will do this for me? If not, how can I test the voltage and current use of the battery without depleted it any.

If you don't have a good handheld meter (DMM), buy one. You can buy one with logging capabilities or a PC connection (e.g. RS232 or USB) if you actually need that capability.

I'd like something that I can include with the circuit (taped to it). Some of the projects go out in the forest and some I want to monitor for a week or two.

Google, Arduino data logger. Find one with a SD card to store the data.
