Anyone have experience with these they would like to share? Other than the toxic fume warning it looks easier to work with than soldering standard wire-wrap wire for fixups/quick prototypes.

Verowire nor RoadRunner appear to be available in the US.

My only experience is 20+ years old when I worked at intel. we used a service to make prototypes that used a very similar technique but quickly bagged it for regular pcbs. I recall the costs were pretty equal.

it seems like for anything half-way substantial, it would be easier to get a proto PCB made. I bet that is one incredibly tedious, error prone way to make a prototype. Not to mention lack of a ground plane.
