Is it possible to disassemble the battery pack to get 3 individual 2Ah Li-Po Batteries?

I'm talking about the following product:

Yes, I know, those would be ok if they were in stock .

Anybody else know if it's possible to disassemble the 6Ah battery pack into 3? Even if you need to resolder some wires, that would be no problem. I remember seeing some website that removed the protection pcb from the battery pack but he didn't separate the batteries, he just resoldered some thicker wires.

Probably possible. Just be aware that the cells are probably connected using strips of aluminum which need special solder.

Since those cells are wired in parallel they probably do not have a PCB and it should be fairly easy to separate them.

If you just want individual cells, Hobbyking has a good deal on these.
