I'm trying to fit the tails of the E-Paper 10x2 Character Display into the connectors on the E-Paper Breakout Board. They're really floppy and the connectors are really tight. Without making any crude analogies, I'm concerned I'm going to damage the tails before I get them in - it seems to take quite a bit of force to get them in, and it's difficult to push the tails since they're not stiff.

Does anyone have any tricks for getting these in? Or does this connector open up somehow?

That's the ticket! Thanks!

SparkFun folks: Some photos of the insertion process would be a great addition to the product page - I don't think I would have figured this out on my own.

Cheers.
