I looked at the evaluation schematic in the data-sheet for the National Semi LMX9838 blue-tooth module. I can figure out most of the parts in it, but am curious as to the ones in the attached shot below. I've tried googling for them but of course I end up getting nanometers for lasers.

The parts in question are the "NM" and "OR" resistors. I was thinking "OR" meant optional" but what does "NM" mean?

Am I correct in thinking that this schematic is appropriate for a blue-tooth to serial converter? I'd like to try and design my own, and from what I can tell from this, and data-sheets for MAX232 type devices, this would appear to be a blue-tooth to serial converter, of course along with connections for audio as well. Am I correct?
