I would like to upload some simple sensor data onto the internet and display it graphically (I am imagining something like the output dials available on LabView), so I have two fundamental questions:

1. How do I go about uploading the data onto the internet?
2. Is there some nifty website or tool that provides the capability to easily import and display the data graphically?

I'm definitely on the steap part of the learner's curve here. If someone could please point me in the right direction, I'll do a little reading and hopefully be able to speak about this a little more intelligently!

In my recent Earthquake Data Logger tutorial I discuss (in the "Writing the Software" section) a couple of possible options: Pachube and Nimbits.
