Hey. Can anyone gimme somewhere i can get a similar read out screen to the image attached, its to replace a small readout on an old heating control device thats cracked. Have looked at sparkfun but doesnt seem to have similar

That looks like a plasma display. I did a quick search and didn't come up with too much (Most are TV's now).
I found this on ebay. Probably not what you are looking for though.

It's probably a VFD. They're somewhat hard to source [for cheap]. Good luck!
