Kinda sorta... You could connect a transmit line and ground from your sending microcontroller to multiple MP3 Triggers (RX and GND), but you could not connect multiple MP3 Trigger TX lines to the receive input of your micro. So it would be communication in one direction only: from your micro to all the MP3 Triggers.

There's no way to address them individually, so they'd all get the same command. If you had different track numbers in each MP3 Trigger however, then when you send a command to start a track, the ones that have that track number will play, while the ones that don't won't, and will stop if they are already playing something else.
