Analog Devices ADXL Samples?

Any idea where I can get samples of any of these ADXL chips? Analog Devices no longer offers the option online. Anyone know what happened or why they pulled samples off?

considering that each accelerometer chip costs 20+ bucks... and gyros that cost almost 50 bucks...

it seems like getting samples easily would be difficult.

perhaps you should call the company and ask, i don't think they would want to just simply give away these expensive chips.
