They are pretty different, as the data sheets show, but both report the intensity of UV light in a certain spectral range.
Write code that reads the sensor and outputs values that make sense to you.
To check if the code is "science based" you will need to calibrate the sensor. The easiest way to do that is to compare readings with a commercial, calibrated UV sensor. Sensor calibration overview: https://learn.adafruit.com/calibrating- ... -calibrate.
