I recently purchased the 315MHz RF link but have not had any success using it. I am trying to link two BX24 chips together. Right now I am just sending a continuous stream of 'U's from one to the other. Everything works great with the chips connected with a wire but I just keep getting garbage with the RF link.

I have tried with the chips near each other and many feet away with no difference. I definitely get a difference on the receiving BX24 when the RF receiver is powered or not but I get no difference with whether the transmitter chip is powered or not. Therefore, I think there is something wrong with my transmitter. I don't have a scope so does anyone have any suggestions of things to try to see if my transmitter is working?

Any other suggestions?

Your code, schematic, the micro you are using, etc..
