I just noticed the BlueStamp modules on the front page. Looks interesting. Bluetooth is expensive, but it would be nice to be able to communicate with random PDAs and computers.

I realize more documentation is forthcoming, but does the module support the standard bluetooth serial HCI in addition to the Hayes-ish "ATxxx" commands? For simple stuff I want a nice simple modem emulator, but for more complicated projects it'd be nice to have the full bluetooth functionality available...

Scan the BlueRadios site and the datasheets. I'm not familiar with serial HCI and I didn't see anything it the datasheets either, but I've been wrong before. I've only started playing with these little guys.
