Quick question. The Transceiver MiRF v2 - nRF24L01 Module RP-SMA says it has a LDO voltage regulator that accepts voltages between 3.3v to 7v. The datasheet of the nRF24L01 chip can be powered from 1.9v to 3.6v. Since the SFE module has the LDO voltage regulator, does that mean I have to supply at minimum 3.3v to the MiRF v2?

My power source is at 2.8v to 3v. Would that be enough to pass through the LDO voltage regulator and power the nRF24L01 without any problems?

I can't find the schematic or the LDO voltage regulator part number.

Thanks,

Nullz

Just lift the ground leg of the regulator, and jumper the in/output. This way you won't have to remove it completely if your voltage supply changes.
