I have done a lot of searching on this topic and from what I have read this is not an easy thing to do. I don't really understand much about wireless stuff and was hoping someone can explain what would be involved in this project.
I have a head mount display that requires a 600x800 60Hz svga input. But I don't want a cable from the PC to the headset so I need something wireless. It only needs a range of 5 - 10metres. I gather this requires fairly large bandwidth etc. What sort of data is being sent for each colour? Would it be possible to use mulitple transmitters/receivers? ie one for each colour, and one each for HSync and VSync?
This will be a long term project, so if anyone can suggest a good place to start I would really appreciate it.
