I receive a signal at 9600 baud and will send it to my pda via bluetooth.
Problem is that my pda application expects a 4800 baud signal, not changeable.

Can i set the bluetooth com port on the pda to 4800 baud, and get a 4800 baud output?

I know the througput will be limited to 4800 baud.

I think you can set the bluesmirf's baud rate to whatever you want using one of the ATSW commands, even if the other end of the connection is at a different baud rate. I haven't tried it myself.
