Arduino Mega 2560 and bluetooth.

How do I upload a sketch to Arduino Mega 2560 via bluetooth with the easiest way? The cost is not the issue in this case. I know there is a plenty of threads that discuss this issue, but I don't know which one is the best practice to accomplish the Bluetooth connection.
