All things pertaining to wireless and RF links

Dear experts,
For a project, I have the following specifications:-
a. We have a RF SoC based on 802.15.4 , 2.4GHz. Eventhough 2.4GHz 802.15.4 supports upto 250kbps, because of application and other constraints, the available bandwidth for video streaming is 60kbps. This RF SoC has well defined interfaces like SPI, UART, I2C and GPIOs.
b. We need to support color QVGA format with 7-10fps for video streaming. Less than 60Kbps. If this is not possible what is the minimum specifications for video streaming?
c. Live streaming from RF_SOC_Camera over 802.15.4 to RF_SOC module connected over serial interface to a Linux Box. this Linux box has a WiFi module that can connect to a WiFi router and hence a mobile client. So the path for video stream is as follows:- Camera -> Serial interface -> RF_SOC_Camera -> wireless 2.4GHz -> RF_SOC -> UART interface (1Mbps) -> Linux Box -> WiFi client -> WiFi-AP -> Mobile WiFi Client.
Need your help in selection & buy a camera sensor module with a serial interface that supports video streaming with QVGA and low bandwidth and hence good/high compression engine .
Please help.
Regards
Sandeep Suresh.
