SIM Card for Cellular Shield#187438

Hey Everybody,

I looked at the Hookup Guide for the MG6239 in regards to a SIM card. I then called T-Mobile only to find out that they charge in the range of $50 to $100 for a SIM card. I am just sending out a few text messages. Is there anything that I can purchase for approximately $10 to $20...or maybe something with like a $10/month fee?

Just buy the cheapest pre-paid phone, use the SIM card and use the pay-as-you-go plan. You just pay for what you need.

Got it. Thank you. I inserted the SIM card and now the green LED blinks at 1Hz.
