Hi,
I have a question.
What is the most suitable Wireless Transceiver that can transfer data from 700m high from the sky to the ground that is suitable to used in arduino?
I'm currently on a project of making a CanSat.

700m is the issue. That's a lot, for unlicensed. Even line of sight.
Without an amateur radio license (for higher power, more bands)...
I'd go with a transceiver for the unlicensed band of 902-928MHz (No. America and some other places) or 868MHz in the EU.
But first, choose the protocol and how to integrate it.

You can use an Anarduino board that has an atmel 8 bit micro (Arduino compatible) from Anarduino.com
or if you need more RAM/Flash and CPU, consider a Teensy 3.1 or 3.2 from PJRC.com or SFE. There is a piggyback PCB for using the same HopeRF radios as on Arduino boards, with the Teensy.
