hi, I have configured wifly RN-171 in UDP mode, and connect it in Soft AP mode with my android phone. I downloaded two free UDP test android software. I can send data out by the android software. I use one USB-to-Serial hardware to connect the RX, TX of RN-171 and CoolTermWin to control RN-171. I can see the data which is sent by android software on CoolTermWin.

But No matter how I change the setting, I can NOT set any data from CoolTermWin to the android software. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks a lot.

I have used the RN-171 WiFly to send weather data using UDP though I'm not using Soft AP. if you have the WiFly connected to coolterm use that to dump your settings a post them here. Maybe we'll be able to see something.
