I have an older (2010?) bluesmirf silver V2. I used it successfully years ago, i believe at 115kbps.
It has unlabelled red and green LEDs. When I power it on, the red led comes on steadily rather than blinking.
I have tried connecting to it from a mac which says it is paired but not connected.
From windows I can add it but pairing it with code 1234 fails authentication. If I pair it without a code, it pairs and I have two devices com10 and com11 after a few seconds i get a popup saying a bluetooth device is trying to conect and it insists on a pairing code - again the 1234 fails. It's vaguesly possible that I changed the pairing code years ago but i would doubt it.
First question, should the red led blink on power on or not? Do i need to reset it somehow?
