Hello

I couldn't find a BCR22PN IC in the market , that does the necessary level conversion so that is can communicate the GM-862 & PIC.

does anybody know if there is an alternative to this IC, cause i can't afford to wait for long time to order the IC through the internet .

You could always use a voltage divider

PIC---1k3R----3k3R----->GND
...................|
...................|
..............GM862

i thought of it but is it safe , i mean no excess current can go through to the module ? , and how should i do it the other way round or do i really need to do it the other way ?
