if any guys working on zwave plateform, as I am very new on zwave, hope to get more idea about it. I already go through all zwave website, may go to buy the developer kit.

we are now developing the home automation, and hope to learn more from here.

Zensys owns Zwave and licenses it to manufacturers.

IEEE 802.15.4 and ZigBee and ISA 100 are more open.

Are you still interested in this? It seems that, as long as you buy the dev kit ($3000) and modules (~$11ea) from a licensed distributor (digikey) you do not need to pay royalties.
