I'm looking to buy an affordable pc-based logic analyzer with analog capability. An 8-input unit would be fine, and don't need high speed or large depth. Mainly just used on home hobby projects. Any recommendations?

I'm not sure what you consider affordable, but the Logic Pro 8 does exactly what you're looking for.

For less than half the price of a Logic Pro 8, the Analog Discovery might work for you. It also doubles as an oscilloscope and function generator.

We carry a digital only 8 channel logic analyzer for $20. You'd need to give up analog but it does a fantastic job for the price.
