Everything ARM and LPC

Hello,

We bought the above mentioned board already some time ago, but had no time to use/test it up to now. I now wrote a simple program that I downloaded and verified without problem.

If the LPC P2106 is on my desk, the software runs for days without problem. But if I only, accidently, touch with my finger the top of the LPC2106 on the board, the program crashes.
Not that I have to put my finger on the CPU in the real application later, but the board seems to be very sensitive to ambient electrical noise, electrical fields aso., since the coupling capacity of my finger is enough to make the CPU crash. It is not a mechanical problem, if I use a plastic pencil to press on top of the CPU, nothing happens.

This board might have been among the first ones to be produced, were there any problems with decoupling capcitors or similar? The behaviour of the board makes me think so. I am now down to 14MHz, and the problems still remain.
