Custom Atmel ARM M3/4 board development

Hello everyone,

I am in the initial phase of development of a custom board using Atmel SAM M3 or in future M4 micro-controller. I am planning to use EAGLE CAD to make the PCB board. However, since the SAM3/4 package components are not readily available in the EAGLE library, is there a custom library available which contains these micro-controllers or do I have to start from scratch and make custom components on my own?

Regards.

I'd look carefully at other ARMs - such as NXP. And the documentation of those. Atmel's ARMs are better suited for large OEM product runs.
why not use a small subassembly such as the http://pjrc.com/store/teensy3.html or equiv.
