Add applications to uClinux file system

Hi everyone,
I have an Olimex LPC E-2468 board. I have enabled USB support in uClinux. I have been able to develop and compile applications for uClinux. The applications could be transferred to uClinux using USB. But I want to permanently store the applications in uClinux file system. If anyone knows how to do it, kindly help me out. The uClinux is stored in NAND flash (off chip) of my board.
